The Pro-Max 2.0® Panini Sandwich Grill is a high-quality cooking equipment made in the USA. It features a 28" W grooved cast iron cooking surface that provides excellent heat retention. The grill also has a counterbalance hinge system for easy operation and a removable grease drawer for easy cleaning. The stainless steel exterior gives it a sleek and durable look. The grill comes with a 175-550°F analog thermostat control for precise temperature adjustment. It can accommodate sandwiches up to 3" thick and has multiple control options available. Additional options include electronic temperature control and timer, as well as different cooking surface options such as smooth, grooved, or combination smooth bottom/grooved top. This grill is cULus and UL EPH Classified certified.
