The Pro-Max 2.0® Panini Sandwich Grill is a high-quality cooking equipment made in the USA. It features a 28" W smooth cast iron cooking surface that provides excellent heat retention. The grill also has a counterbalance hinge system for easy operation and a removable grease drawer for easy cleaning. The stainless steel exterior gives it a sleek and durable look. The grill comes with options for analog temperature control with or without a digital timer, or electronic control. It can accommodate sandwiches up to 3" thick and has multiple cooking surface options including smooth, grooved, or a combination of both. The grill is cULus and UL EPH Classified certified. Additional restaurant equipment, cooking equipment, and commercial grills are also available.
