The Star QCS® Conveyor Commercial toaster is an electric toaster that can toast up to 500 slices of bread per hour. It features a horizontal conveyor and programmable electronic controls for the conveyor speed and top & bottom quartz sheathed heater elements. The toaster also has a standby switch and a 1-1/2" opening x 10" W belt with a loading rack. It is made of stainless steel construction with a smooth cool touch exterior. The toaster is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it is proudly made in the USA. Some of the standard features of this toaster include a 10" wide belt that can accommodate up to 2 slices of bread side-by-side, a heated holding area to keep toast at the perfect temperature, and a power saver switch that reduces electricity consumption by 75%. The toaster also has long-lasting, heavy-duty metal knobs and 1" non-skid heavy-duty rubber feet for stability. It has a hi-limit switch that prevents the toaster from overheating and protects critical component parts. The Star QCS® Conveyor Commercial toaster has an extended conveyor belt for easy loading and a large warming area for higher production. It has a safe load-up area with a full-width coated front burn guard and a cool-to-the-touch exterior for safety. The toaster uses quartz infrared heaters, which provide faster and more consistent heating than traditional heating elements. It also has a forced convection toaster system that keeps the toaster cool-to-the-touch and increases productivity by circulating pre-heated air into the toasting chamber. The toaster is available with analog controls or electronic controls. The analog controls allow for variable speed and top/bottom heat control, ensuring the perfect color and texture of bread, bagels, English muffins, and more. The electronic controls feature a large LED display for easier reading of settings. The easy-to-use electronic control panel allows you to adjust temperature and speed control settings for your bread products. It also has a programmable feature that allows you to set stand-by in advance. The toaster will automatically reduce power to the set point if it is not in use at the programmed time. The toaster comes pre-programmed from the factory with 4 channel settings for toast, bagels, English muffins, and other products.
