The Star-Max® Commercial Deep Fryer is a countertop electric fryer with two stainless steel frypots. Each frypot has a 15 lb. capacity and comes with a single basket. The fryer features snap action thermostats with a hi-limit safety feature and a separate on/off switch. It also has durable, heavy-duty metal knobs and a stainless steel exterior. The fryer is compact in design, allowing for maximum cooking while using minimal counter space. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it is made in the USA. The fryer comes with standard features such as easily removable kettles for straining, a safety thermostat to avoid dangerous temperatures, and removable fryer baskets for easy rotation and cleaning. The snap-action thermostats provide responsive temperature control from 200°F to 375°F, and the immersion-type heating elements ensure even heat distribution. The fryer also has options and accessories available, such as extra fry baskets.
