The Designer Series Fryer is an electric countertop fryer with twin fry pots. Each fry pot has a 15 lb. fat capacity and independent electronic thermostats. The fryer features stainless steel removable flat bottom tanks, as well as stainless steel front and sides. It also has 4" legs for stability. The fryer has a power of 16.0 kW and is manufactured by Garland. Some standard features of the fryer include 5300 watts per frypot, heat-on indicator lamps, and a set of twin fryer baskets. The front and sides of the fryer are made of stainless steel, and models with the prefix EDU are "CE" approved. The fryer has an easy clean design with recessed protected controls and a removable stainless steel tank with a 17 lb. capacity. Optional features for the fryer include a stainless steel fryer fish plate, stainless steel back and bottom, and a stainless steel bowl cover. The electric designer series commercial deep fryers come in two size groups: single tank models that are 15" or 18" wide, and twin tank models that are 30" wide. The fryers are designed to be free standing or banked with other ED series equipment. They have a stainless steel front and sides, as well as a stainless steel tank. The fryers have an electronic thermostat for precise control and a removable flat bottom stainless steel tank with a large surge. The twin tank model has two sets of independent controls. The fryers have a power of 5300 watts per frypot, and a super fryer option is available with 8000 watts per frypot. Models with the suffix SF or SFT have the super fryer option. Models with the prefix EDU are "CE" approved. The fryers come with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, valid in the USA and Canada.
