The Cecilware® Pro Fryer is an electric countertop fryer with a split pot design. Each pot has a 15 lbs fat capacity and is equipped with a thermal overload device and safety cutout switch for added safety. The fryer features a removable stainless steel tank and comes with four fry baskets.
