The Southbend TVES/30SC TruVection commercial convection oven is a triple-deck electric oven designed for use in restaurants. It features solid state thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, and an oven interior light. The oven also has a "heat" light that cycles with the burner, a forced cool down fan mode, and includes three plated racks per oven. The oven has dependent doors with energy-saving glass windows and a coved porcelain oven interior. It is made with stainless steel door handle, sides, front, and top, and comes with 6-inch legs for easy mobility. The oven is powered by three two-speed ½ HP fan motors and three 7.5-kilowatt high-efficiency heating elements. It is CSA and NSF certified.
