The TruVection Commercial Convection Oven is an electric, low-profile oven designed for restaurant use. It features a double-deck design and solid-state thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven also includes a 60-minute mechanical cook timer and interior lights for easy monitoring. It has a cool down fan mode and comes with three racks per oven. The oven has a porcelain interior and a stainless steel exterior with a door handle. It stands on 6-inch legs and is powered by two ½ HP fan motors and two 7.5-kilowatt heating elements. The oven is CSA and NSF certified.
