The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 48" griddle and manual controls. It features a convection oven and a cabinet base. The range has a snap action thermostat and two removable crumb drawers. The lower valve panel is hinged for easy access. It comes with two racks and has a stainless steel front and sides.
