The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 72" in width. It features three sauté burners in the front, two pyromax burners in the rear, and a 36" griddle on the left side. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven.
The range is equipped with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, as well as 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 307,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, a 4" stainless steel front rail, and a 37" high cooking top. It also comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot. The range has two front located manual gas shut-off valves for each side.
Optional features include 33K non-clog burners, a 5 burner configuration, a griddle top, and a charbroiler. Other options and accessories available include different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, casters, rear step up burners, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, a hot top plate, and battery spark ignition for various components.
The construction specifications of the range include a spring-assisted oven door, a factory-installed pressure regulator, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with six 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, with the option to add casters. The range also has a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and the option to choose a 10" or 5" flue riser without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
