The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features four pyromax burners and a 24" griddle on the left side. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It also includes a cabinet base with a rack and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 253,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a 4" stainless steel front rail. It also has a 37" high cooking top and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle options. Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and has a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also includes a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but optional 5" and 10" flue risers are available without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
