The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has (4) star/sauté burners and standard grates. It also features a 36" griddle on the right side and (2) cabinets for storage. The range comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 196,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and pyromax burners. There are also options for a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration with pyromax burners in the rear and either standard or star burners in the front, and various accessories such as flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It also has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors. The range comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but there are options for a 5" or 10" flue riser without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection, and the range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
