The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates, as well as a 48-inch griddle on the left side. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base. It comes with three racks and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 178,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and a stainless steel front and sides. It has a cooking top that is 37 inches high and a width of 60-3/4 inches. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, and 33K non-clog burners. The range also offers a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear. Additionally, there are pyromax burners available, as well as griddle tops or raised griddles. The range can also be configured with a combination of pyromax burners and standard or star 33K burners.

Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and battery spark ignition can be added to open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.
