The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners with wavy grates and a raised griddle/broiler. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens. It includes two standard ovens with one rack per oven. The range also comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf.
