The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features 6 non-clog burners and wavy grates. It also includes a 24" griddle on the left side and has standing pilot ignition. The range comes with 2 standard ovens, each with battery spark ignition and one rack. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. The range has a total BTU rating of 300,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, and Pyromax burners. There are also options for a griddle top or raised griddle, a 5 burner configuration combining Pyromax burners with either standard or star burners, and various accessories such as flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven doors, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection, and the range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with drip trays to catch grease drippings.
