The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a 48" griddle on the right side. The griddle has thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf.
The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU rating of 134,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a one-year warranty that covers parts and labor, and it qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a 4" stainless steel front rail, as well as removable cast iron grate tops.
There are several optional features available for the range, such as a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, and 33K non-clog burners. The range can also be configured with a split burner arrangement or pyromax burners. Optional griddle tops or raised griddles are available as well.
Additional options and accessories include flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plates, and cabinet base doors. The range can be equipped with flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters. A 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose is also available.
The construction of the range includes a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and the cabinet base is made of stainless steel. The range comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but 5" and 10" flue risers are also available.
