The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. The range also includes a 48-inch griddle on the left side with thermostatic controls. The oven has a battery spark ignition and there is a cabinet base with one rack included. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 179,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range also offers several optional features, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, and griddle tops. There are also options for a 5-burner configuration, additional oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The construction of the range includes a factory-installed pressure regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off. The range has a stainless steel front rail, front, and sides. The cooking top is 37 inches high and has four removable cast iron grate tops. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight and the exterior finish is stainless steel. The range comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, but casters are optional. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors that open from the center. It includes a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf, but there are options for a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12 inches between burners. Two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
