The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features four non-clog burners and wavy grates. It also has a 36-inch griddle on the right side with thermostatic controls. The range has standing pilot ignition and two cabinets for storage. It comes with a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU rating of 172,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a stainless steel front rail, front, and sides.
