The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a 48" griddle on the right side. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. The range has a total BTU of 198,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a 4" stainless steel front rail. The range is 60-3/4" wide and has a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, and cast iron star/saute' burners. Other options include 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, and Pyromax burners. The range can also be equipped with a griddle top or a raised griddle on the right side. Additionally, there is an option for a 5 burner configuration, combining Pyromax burners with either standard or star burners.
Various accessories are available for the range, such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, and casters. There is also an option for a hot top plate, which replaces two open burners. The range can be equipped with cabinet base doors at no additional charge. Flame failure is available upon request, and battery spark ignition is available for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops.
