The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features four non-clog burners and wavy grates. There is also a 12-inch griddle on the left side. The range has a standing pilot for the burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven. It includes one oven rack and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 171,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range also has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a 4-inch stainless steel front rail. The cooking top is 37 inches high and has four removable cast iron grate tops.
There are also various options and accessories available for the range, such as different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request.

The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range also has a removable one-piece drip tray to catch grease drippings.
