The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range designed for commercial restaurant use. It features a 36" size with six 28,000 BTU open burners and one convection oven. The range also includes a snap action thermostat for precise temperature control. The removable cast iron grate tops and crumb drawer make cleaning and maintenance easy. The hinged lower valve panel allows for easy access to the range's components. The range comes with two racks for the convection oven and has a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It also has a 4" front rail and 6" adjustable legs for stability. The range operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 5.9 amps and comes with a cord and plug for easy installation.
