Kold Locker offers a range of walk-in coolers with top-mounted compressors. These coolers come with a variety of standard features, including DOE compliance, USDA acceptance, a magnetic gasket, and a 15-year panel warranty. They are available in both cooler and freezer models, and can be used indoors or outdoors. The coolers have a 26" wide, self-closing door, and are CN UL flame spread listed. They also feature a perimeter door heater wire, a floor double sweep gasket, and a spring-actuated door closer. The sizes range from 4' x 6' to 10' x 14', and there are two temperature options: +35°F and -10°F. The coolers come with an 18-month parts and labor warranty, as well as a digital thermometer and light switch. They have heavy-duty adjustable cam-lift hinges and are available in three heights: 6'7" and 7'7" with a floor, and 7'4" floorless. The coolers have an air-cooled condensing unit, and a smooth aluminum interior floor (on models with a floor). The floorless models come with NSF listed vinyl sealers. The coolers are listed by Oregon State, City of Houston, and California State. They have an automatic condensate vaporizer, eliminating the need for a drain line on indoor units. The coolers can be equipped with a Capsule Pak refrigeration system (ceiling or wall mount), which is ordered separately. The panels of the coolers are 4" thick and foamed-in-place with EPA-compliant polyurethane insulation. The coolers have a deadbolt locking handle with an independent key/padlock feature and an inside safety release. They come with a time clock or electronic control for automatic defrost. The surfaces of the coolers are made of 26 gauge corrosion-resistant stucco embossed coated steel, except for the interior floor. The foam cores have NSF and UL flame spread 25 or less ratings, and the door sections have UL and CSA electrical listings. The Capsule Pak refrigeration systems are UL and C-UL listed. The coolers have a high-output low-profile LED light positioned above the door to prevent interference with shelving or product.
