This outdoor walk-in cooler offers a total of 295 cu. ft. of refrigerated space. The cooler is made with 4" thick panels featuring 26 gauge steel with a stucco embossed, corrosion-resistant coating. It uses EPA-compliant foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The panels have male and female rails for proper alignment during installation. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners provide an air-tight seal, and a continuous panel gasket goes around the outer perimeter without breaks or cuts at the corners. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps that can't come loose. The stock door is 26" wide and has a stepped profile design to block airflow. The door is mounted on two cam-lift hinges that can be installed on either side. The hinges are field-adjustable for smooth opening and closing and can be locked in place. A spring-actuated door closer ensures the door is always closed.
