The cooler is made from 4" thick panels constructed with 26 gauge steel and a stucco embossed, corrosion-resistant coating. It features EPA-compliant foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The panels are easily connected using female and male rails, ensuring a perfect fit and allowing the foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners to create an airtight connection. The outer perimeter is sealed with a continuous panel gasket that is free from cuts or breaks. The ceiling panels have foamed-in-place edge caps that will remain in place for the life of the cooler.
