The NorLake KLB74614-C Kold Locker is a floorless indoor walk-in cooler with a total capacity of 420 cu. ft. It features panels with male and female rails for easy installation and proper alignment. The panels are made with polyurethane insulation for excellent insulation and lightweight construction. The cam locking fasteners ensure an airtight seal for energy efficiency. The exterior and interior panels are made from 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant stucco finish. The walls are installed on top of NSF listed vinyl sealers for a proper seal. The patented gasket design uses a foamed-in-place gasket that is continuous and goes around the outer perimeter of the panel. The door is 26" wide but can be upgraded to a 30" wide door at no extra cost. The door has a 78" high opening and features a 4" thick metal-clad foamed-in-place-insulated construction for effective insulation. It comes with dual field-adjustable cam-lift hinges for easy closing and a locking handle with a deadbolt for security. The door section includes a replaceable heater wire, a magnetic stainless steel trim, a digital thermometer, a vapor proof LED light, and a switch with an exterior indicator light. The cooling is provided by a top-mounted Capsule Pak refrigeration unit with a 1 HP compressor. The evaporator and condensing unit are shipped separately and joined in-field with quick-connect fittings. The unit uses high-efficiency EC evaporator fan motors for even cooling. The Kold Locker comes with standard features such as DOE compliance, USDA acceptance, a 15-year panel warranty, and a 18-month parts and labor warranty. It is available in cooler or freezer models, indoor or outdoor models, and various sizes and temperatures. Optional features include an exterior ramp, electric vaporizer, floor tread plate kit, U-shaped shelving system, and more.
