The Nor-Lake KLB84812-C Kold Locker is a reliable floorless cooler designed for indoor use. With a height of 8'4", this unit provides ample refrigerated space for your establishment. To ensure optimal insulation, each panel is 4" thick and made from 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish on both the exterior and interior sides. The panels are filled with EPA-compliant polyurethane insulation to keep heat out. The male and female rails on the panels ensure proper alignment during installation, and the foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners create an airtight seal. The continuous panel gasket around the outer perimeter further enhances insulation. The edge caps on the ceiling panels are foamed-in-place to prevent them from coming loose. The standard door is 26" wide and can be replaced with a 30" wide door kit at no additional cost. The door features a stepped profile to minimize airflow and increase energy efficiency. It is mounted on two cam-lift hinges that can be adjusted for smooth opening and closing. The door also includes a spring-actuated closer to ensure it is always properly closed. The 4-foot wide door panel comes pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture, a digital thermometer, and a deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature for security. The cooling system is provided by a ceiling-mounted Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that efficiently maintains a temperature range of 35°F to 38°F. The system includes an Enviro-Control electronic controller for precise temperature control and defrosting. A condensate vaporizer is also included to eliminate the need for a drain line. The Nor-Lake Kold Locker comes with a range of standard features, including DOE compliance, USDA acceptance, a magnetic gasket, a 15-year panel warranty, and options for cooler or freezer models.
