The Turbofan® mobile heated cabinet is an undercounter unit with a capacity of 8 half-size pans. It features a digital control panel with 3 hold timers and a 2-7/8" tray spacing. The cabinet is made of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior, with a glass door for easy viewing. It has a compact 24" width and is equipped with 2-1/2" casters, 2 of which have locks. The cabinet has a heating capacity of 1200 watts and is certified by cETLus and NSF. Other commercial heated cabinets and food holding and warming equipment are also available.
