The Turbofan® Holding Cabinet is an electric heated cabinet that can hold up to 10 full-size sheet pans. It has a digital control system with three hold timers and a stainless steel interior and exterior with a glass door. The cabinet has a tray spacing of 2-7/8" and comes with 3" casters, two of which have locks. It has a power of 1900 watts and is cETLus and NSF certified. The cabinet also features a continuous door seal, compact width, electronic temperature control, and a low-velocity circulation fan system. It is designed for individual use or can be installed with Turbofan E32D Convection Ovens.
