The Turbofan® Holding Cabinet is an electric heated cabinet designed for commercial use. It has a capacity of 10 half-size sheet pans with a tray spacing of 2-7/8". The cabinet features touch screen controls with icon-driven programs and individual shelf timers. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior with a glass door. The cabinet is equipped with 3" casters, with 2 swivel casters that have locks. It has a power output of 1200 watts and is certified by cETLus and NSF. The cabinet also includes features such as a continuous door seal, electronic temperature control, and a USB port for program/icon updating. It is designed for individual use or can be installed with Turbofan E33T Convection Ovens. The cabinet is compact with a width of 24" and has a low-velocity circulation fan system and dual halogen cabinet interior lamps. It also has a cabinet drain to a condensate pan and comes with a 110-120V plug-in 15A NEMA 5-15P cordset. The packaging is 100% recyclable and the cabinet has a full double skin construction.
