The Turbofan® Holding Cabinet is an undercounter unit with a capacity of 8 full-size pans. It features touch screen controls and icon-driven programs for easy operation. The cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior with a glass door, allowing for easy visibility of the contents. It also has individual shelf timers for precise cooking times. The cabinet is equipped with 2-1/2" casters, with 2 swivel casters that have locks for stability. It has a power output of 1900 watts and is certified by cETLus and NSF. The cabinet is designed for use with Turbofan E32T Convection Ovens or can be used individually. It has a compact width of 28 7/8" and a height of 32". The cabinet also features a continuous door seal, electronic temperature control, and a low-velocity circulation fan system. It comes with a USB port for program/icon updating and has a cabinet drain to a condensate pan. The cabinet has a full double skin construction and is packaged in 100% recyclable packaging.
