The Turbofan® Holding Cabinet is an electric cabinet with a capacity of 10 half-size sheet pans. It has a tray spacing of 2-7/8" and digital controls. The cabinet is made of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior, with a glass door. It also has 3" casters, with 2 swivel casters that have locks. The cabinet has a power of 1200 watts and is certified by cETLus and NSF. Some of its standard features include 3 hold timers, a continuous door seal, and 1200W cabinet heating. The packaging is 100% recyclable. The cabinet has a compact width of 24" and a full double skin construction. It also has electronic temperature control and can hold up to 10 half-size sheet pans or 10 12" x 20" steam pans. The cabinet has a drain to a condensate pan and a low-velocity circulation fan system. It is equipped with dual halogen cabinet interior lamps and large easy view displays. The temperature and timer controls are digital. The cabinet comes with a 110-120V plug-in 15A NEMA 5-15P cord set. It is designed for individual use or can be installed with Turbofan E33D Convection Ovens. The cabinet is equipped with 4 dia. 3" castors, with 2 front castors having wheel and swivel locks, and 2 rigid rear castors.
