The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of stainless steel. It features clear double panel tempered glass Dutch doors with lip load slides. The cabinet has a capacity to hold 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" with a spacing of 1-1/2" OC. It is equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It has a NEMA 5-20P plug and is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. It has top-mounted controls for easier access, better readability, and to prevent damage. The C5 9 Series controller prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation to ensure the cabinet holds food at the desired temperature for food safety. The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum and can be a full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, or under counter cabinet. It can have solid or clear doors, with options for reach-in or pass-thru configurations. The doors are lift-off and field reversible.
Optional accessories include 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, drain hose adapter, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, full perimeter bumper, key locking door latch, twist locking door latch, and different types of plugs and slide pairs. There are also options for factory left hand hinging, flush door latch, and factory same-side pass-thru door hinging. Stainless steel universal slide upgrades are available for different cabinet heights.
The cabinet doors are fully insulated with solid doors made of double-panel construction or clear doors made of double-pane tempered glass.
