The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of stainless steel. It features a clear double panel tempered glass door and universal wire slides. The cabinet has a capacity to hold either 8 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 16 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power supply with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity. It has a low-temp alarm to ensure the cabinet is operating at the desired temperature. The controller also has a recall and memory feature to view settings at the touch of a button.
The cabinet offers various configurations, materials, and sizes. It is available in full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, and under counter sizes. The doors can be full length solid, full length clear, Dutch solid, or Dutch clear, and are lift-off and field reversible.
Optional accessories include 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, factory left hand hinging, flush door latch, drain hose adapter, 6" stainless steel legs, 5" rear rigid casters, full perimeter bumper, key locking door latch, twist locking door latch, straight plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), universal slide pair (chrome or stainless), twist lock plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and factory same-side pass-thru door hinging.
