The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of stainless steel. It features a clear double panel tempered glass door, lip load slides, and has a capacity to hold (17) 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" OC spacing. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity. It has a low-temp alarm to ensure the cabinet is operating at the desired temperature. It also has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed for the humidity generation system.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door options. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum and can be a full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, or under counter cabinet. It can have solid or clear doors, and the doors are lift-off and field reversible.
