It has universal wire slides and can hold up to (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 3" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

It also has a recall and memory feature to view settings and save them when turned off. The controller has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.

The doors of the cabinet are fully insulated and double-panel construction. The solid doors are made of stainless steel, while the clear doors are made of double-pane tempered glass.
