It features a clear double panel tempered glass door with lip load slides and has a capacity to hold (10) 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" OC spacing. The cabinet is equipped with 3" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

It also has a recall and memory feature to view settings and save them when turned off. The controller has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latches, drain hose adapter, legs, and slide upgrades. It is available in different sizes and configurations, including full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, and under counter. The doors are available in solid or clear options, and they are lift-off and field reversible.
