The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, undercounter unit with a clear double panel tempered glass door. It has universal wire slides and can hold up to (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 3" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity. It has a low-temp alarm to ensure the cabinet is operating at the desired temperature. It also has a recall and memory feature to view settings at the touch of a button.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum and can be a full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, or under counter unit. It can have solid or clear doors, which are lift off and field reversible.
Optional accessories include casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, different door latch types, a drain hose adapter, stainless steel legs, and different types of slide pairs.
The cabinet doors are fully insulated and made of solid or tempered glass. It has built-in polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, cabinet mounted Santoprene gaskets, self-closing and lift-off hinges, a non-marking polymer bumper and drip trough combination, and chrome plated magnetic pull latches.
The display and controls show the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity, with individual control dials for each. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, with a polished or brushed exterior and
