The cabinet features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door. It has a top-mounted digital control with a low-temperature alarm and memory recall. The cabinet has a ducted heating system and a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has 5" casters for easy mobility and is made of 304 stainless steel. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and has an intuitive interface. It measures and displays the actual cabinet temperature and has a low-temperature alarm to ensure the cabinet is operating at the desired temperature. The cabinet has universal wire slides made of type 304 stainless steel and adjustable on 1 1/2" increments. It has four casters with 5" donut neoprene wheels, two of which have brakes. The cabinet has a thermostatically controlled closed loop feedback heating system with a 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system.
