The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has solid doors. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet features a thermostatically controlled ducted heating system that provides rapid heat-up and recovery times. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to the cabinet environment. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and readability. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated. The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control, with an analog thermometer that is always on and displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged. Optional accessories for the cabinet include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, different door configurations, and various types of door latches and plugs. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different cabinet sizes. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, with full perimeter insulation and high-temperature Santoprene gaskets. The doors are fully insulated and double-pane, with solid or clear options. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and a thermostatically controlled heating system with a 1950 Watt heating element and a ball bearing blower motor. The casters are nickel plated and have neoprene wheels.
