The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 16 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet features tempered double pane glass doors, top-mounted digital controls, a low-temperature alarm, and memory recall. It has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set between 70°F and 200°F. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and has passive humidity control. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and readability. The 8 Series solid state controller provides accurate temperature control and has a low-temperature alarm. The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. The cabinet comes with various options and accessories, including casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, different door latch types, and different plug types. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter insulation with high-density fiberglass. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, and a digital display for temperature control. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has solid or clear double-pane doors. The universal wire slides are adjustable and made of type 304 stainless steel. The casters have neoprene wheels and a swivel design, with two of them having brakes. The cabinet has a thermostatically controlled heating system with a low-temperature alarm.
