The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has solid doors. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet features a rapid heat-up and recovery time thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated.
The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control, with an analog thermometer that is always on and displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, 6" stainless steel legs, 5" rear rigid casters, a bumper and drip trough, a full perimeter bumper, a key locking door latch, a twist locking door latch, straight plugs in 20 Amp and 15 Amp options, universal slide pairs in chrome and stainless steel, twist lock plugs in 20 Amp and 15 Amp options, and factory same-side pass-thru door hinging. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for 3/4 height, 1/2 height, full height, and under counter configurations.
