The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors, top mount controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, and the cabinet is built with high-quality components for reliability and durability. The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and has an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring. The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. It has self-closing, lift-off, double-hinged doors with chrome plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, with solid or clear double-pane doors. It has casters with neoprene wheels and rubber casters on under counter models.
