The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It features insulated double-pane tempered glass doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has a lip load capacity of 17 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated. The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and has an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring. The cabinet handles are made of polymer and it has full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. The cabinet has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing lift-off double-hinged hinges, and chrome-plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950-watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, with polished or brushed exteriors and natural or interior. The doors are fully insulated solid or double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating. The casters are 5" donut neoprene wheels with double ball bearing swivels and brakes, and the under counter models have 3" rubber casters.
