The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and features one solid Dutch door and one tempered glass double-pane Dutch door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat with a temperature range of 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes, for easy mobility. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is built with high-quality components and robust construction for reliability and durability. It is also ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency.
The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control with a dial. The analog thermometer is always on and displays the cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, and various door latch options. There are also options for different types of legs, bumpers, and plugs. The cabinet is available in different sizes and configurations, including full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, and under counter. The doors are lift-off and field reversible, and there are options for solid or clear doors.
The cabinet handles are built-in polymer handles, and the insulation is full perimeter, 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass. The gaskets are high temperature and cabinet mounted. The hinges are self-closing, lift-off, double hinged, with long-life nylon bearings. The latches are chrome plated and have a high-strength magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. The cabinet material is either type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, depending on the model. The doors are fully insulated and double-panel construction for solid doors, and double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating.
