The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, undercounter unit made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features a solid door, top mount controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70° to 200°F. It has a capacity for either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable wire slides on 3" centers. The cabinet is equipped with 3" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times, thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It can be a reach-in or pass-thru model, with the exception of the undercounter and 3/4 height models. The doors are lift-off and field reversible, with options for solid or clear doors.
