The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold up to 27 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has Blue Insulation Armour™, which provides insulation and a cool-to-touch exterior. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It has solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with the option for full length or dutch-style doors for full height cabinets. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation. It has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, and field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings. The clear doors have an extruded aluminum frame with a polycarbonate window.
