The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet designed for holding food at a desired temperature. It features a clear polycarbonate door, allowing visibility of the contents without opening the door and losing heat. The cabinet has a capacity of 17 18" x 26" pans and is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy loading and unloading.
The cabinet is insulated with Red Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds on all four corners make it easy to move the cabinet.
The cabinet is powered by a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection and has a wattage of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It features a thermostat that can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module, which includes a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control module can be easily cleaned and allows for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, for easy mobility. It is made of aluminum and is cULus and NSF certified.
Additional options and accessories are available for the cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that provide a long life of worry-free use. It offers fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in different colors, including Red, Blue, and Gray.
