The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™ and Dutch clear polycarbonate doors. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The durable polymer construction is dent, impact, and stain resistant, with molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Chrome Universal Slide Pair.
