The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors. It has a lower wattage and features Blue Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet can hold up to 35 pans on lip load slides and has 5" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology retains heat, saves energy, and has a dent, impact, and stain-resistant polymer construction. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options. The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation armour, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds, polymer magnetic pull latch, and double hinged, field reversible doors. The clear doors have an aluminum frame and polycarbonate window, while the solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum panels. The cabinet comes with four casters with neoprene wheels, two of which have brakes. The holding modules are removable and feature a digital thermometer, control dials, master on/off switch, "Power On" light, water pan, and ball bearing blower forced air system.
