The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which can hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models, depending on the specific needs of the application. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in three standard colors: Red, Blue, or Gray. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers the choice of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The cabinet comes with three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
